Delivery and Return Policy

At Vapor Planet, we strive to provide fast and reliable service. Please carefully review our delivery and return policies before placing your order.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Timeframe
- Vapor Planet offers free same-day delivery for eligible orders placed between 9 am and 9 pm.
- Deliveries will be made within two hours of placing your order.
- Orders placed after 9 pm will be delivered the following day.
Eligibility
- Deliveries are available within our designated delivery zones. Orders outside of these zones will not qualify for same-day delivery.
- Orders placed after the 9 pm cut-off will automatically be processed for next-day delivery.
Age Verification
- Customers must be 21 years of age or older to place an order.
- A valid, government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of delivery.
- The ID must match the name and date of birth provided at checkout.
- Failure to provide a valid ID will result in the inability to complete the delivery.
Failed Delivery
- If we are unable to complete the delivery due to the absence of a valid ID, incorrect delivery information, or the customer's failure to be present:
- A $10 non-delivery fee will be charged.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
- At Vapor Planet, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a delivery has been successfully completed.
Non-Delivery Refunds
- Refunds will only be processed in cases where a delivery could not be completed due to customer error (such as failure to present valid ID).
- A refund, minus the $10 non-delivery fee, will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Customer Responsibility
To ensure a successful delivery, customers must:
- Provide the correct delivery address during checkout.
- Be available to receive the order within the two-hour delivery window.
- Present a valid, government-issued photo ID upon delivery.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in a failed delivery and associated fees.
